How to bring Number of occurrences of ID=0

create a rule go to conditions

in the third box from lift or first box from right select use formula:

than select insert function and select count(ID) then click edit the XPath and copy (count(d:ID))

click ok and than go to first box from lift and select expression remove anything inside expression text box and past :count(d:ID)=0

click ok and you will see the Number of occurrences of ID=0
