Test for slow and fast networks:
ctrl+shift+c and then ctrl+shift+p
then in search box type network and you can select fast or slow 3g to test your application on slow and fast networks
in network throttling you can add a custom throttling also in the dropdown click add
Change geo location:
ctrl+shift+c and then ctrl+shift+p
then in search box type: sensor and select show sensor
